New video,,"America the beautiful"
Every 4th of July, when the play America the beautiful by Ray Charles, I cry...
the words, his voice, the music, and the fireworks are just too much for my sentimental heart...do a bouble click over the video and it will start.

My friend Javier told me...
Hello everyone,
My friend Javier, told me that,
Chile is the country with more volcanoes per square meters, with more than 2.ooo
Seventy two of them are active..!!
The highest one is the " Ojos del Salado "with 6.893 meters.
The "Llaima" volcano had 40 eruptions in the last 60 years!!

Every night....
Every night, before going to sleep. my grandson Zachary, calls me..
"Hello grandma Pachi" his little voice sounds..
and we start our ritual.
He says
I love you from here to the moon
I say
I love you from here to the sun
He says
I love you from here to the stars
I say
I love you from here to all the seashells in the sea
He says
I love you from here to all the flowers in the forests
I say
I love you from here to all the kittens in the world
He says
I love you from here to God
and I say
You win!!!
you win!!
you win!!!
And for some reason, he laughs and laughs and laughs...with a laughter that is pure and innocent.
Then he sends me kisses, says nite nite grandma Pachi and hangs up.
I do not know how long he will enjoy our game, but as long as it last, I will be there enjoying my little grandson...
