Today I had lunch with my friend Carolina and we had a wonderful time! in a lovely restaurant where I had Caldillo de Congrio, a delicious fish soup!

Later I spent the afternoon with my friend Berta, she picked me up and we drove out of Santiago to a place called La Florida, and we visited her friend Nora.
Her home is lovely and she has a wonderful backyard, with lemon trees.
We sat on the terrace by the pool and drank Pisco Sours, and took photos.
Later we had a delicious tea and chatted until eight pm.
Berta drove me home, it was a wonderful day.

MOMENTS TO REMEMBER

I took a little video of the funniest, nervous, happiest and sweet moments of that magical day

CIVIL CEREMONY

This morning at 8 am we left to the county clerk.
Slowly the family started to arrive and pretty soon we were a big bunch!
Pascale looked lovely in a lilac coat with black pants and Willy looked very handsome
in a blue blazer with cream pants.
The civil ceremony was sweet, the judge very nice and friendly and the smiling faces surrounding Paskki and Willy told everything!

I was so touched when Willy promised to love her for ever!
My brother in law Juan Pablo was Paskki's witness, I was happy to see them together.

Paskki and Willy exchanged rings and kissed, and just like that they were husband and wife!!!

My niece Andrea Paz videotaped the ceremony I will upload the video tonight.

We drove to the Manquehue Club were we had a lovely breakfast.
I sat bettween Willy's mom and my mom, and we talked and laughed and had a wonderful time.

Meeting Willy's family was great, they are very nice and I was happy to see that they love Paskki.
My two dear friends came with their spouses and it was wonderful seeing them.
By noon we were home..full of flower baskets, presents and cards!

Later we went food shopping with Paskki and got some " Humitas" for dinner ( a type of tamale) and I will make a salad of tomatoes, lettuce, avocado to go with it tonight.

BRINGING FLOWERS TO DADDY

Mom and I went to the Cementery this morning and placed flowers in Dad's grave.
It was a special time, we visited grandma, grandpa and many relatives.
Then we went to lunch with Paskki and spent the rest of the day relaxing at home.
Tomorrow is the big day!!!

PAMPERING

Today Paskki, mom and I went to the beauty parlor and had manicures, pedicures and hair done.
I ran into someone I knew 40 years ago and we had a wonderful time talking, much to Pascale amusement, she is getting used to me running into people I know!!

Later we took a ride around santiago, went to dinner, and later with Paskki and Willy on the sofa, watched Beatles movies and sang as a trio!

PATIO BELLAVISTA

We went this evening with Paskki and Willy to an area in Santiago, called Bellavista ( Beautiful View)
It is a bohemian area of old Santiago, where artists, poets, and writers live.
Also now to accomodate the many tourists, a terrace with many cafes and restaurants, shops and concert houses has been build.
I sat in the back seat and videotaped as Willy drove downtown.
I was doing some research to find a perfect place to meet with all of my cousins, in an open air cafe, where I can seat and talk, take photos and hug each of them.

DINNER IN THE COUNTRYSIDE

Last night we went out with Willy and Paskki to the countryside to dine at Alicia Maria, Willy
's sister home.
The rain had ended and we drove on the highway that circunvents Santiago.

After half an hour or so, we arrived at the countryside home.
It was a lovely place, surrounded by lemon and avocado trees.
The beautiful home was designed by Lucho, Willy's other brother.
We had a superb dinner, the family was super warm and kind.
Alicia Maria, her husband and her son Kike, welcomed us and made us feel at home.
We arrived home after midnight.
I am happy Pascale has such a nice new family.
